We have the Professional Excellence Program (PEP) to enhance behavioral skills, and our leadership skills are sharpened with programs like Masterclass with the CEO (MCC) and PILLARS where we groom future Engineering Leaders.

We have revolutionized performance management with our internally designed and developed app, ‘Polestar,’ which encourages continuous conversations between managers and employees. This approach allows for ongoing discussions about performance and career aspirations, eliminating the need for traditional half-yearly or annual reviews. Our employee satisfaction scores for Polestar are consistently in the nineties!

All employees at Harbinger, irrespective of their role, are recognized through various programs. Employees earn reward points that can be redeemed for over 4,000 vouchers and experiences.

Our Harbinger Healthy Mind and Body (H2MB) initiative promotes physical and mental well-being through fitness activities, healthy eating workshops, professional counseling, an in-house baby care room, and more. Harbinger was also voted a happy place to work in a recent external survey by our wellness partner.

We support a flexible work schedule and an inclusive, diverse workplace. Our team is geographically diverse and includes people with disabilities and members of the LGBTQ community. Notably, around 40% of our employees are women, and we pay strong attention to pay parity. Our effective DEI practices have been recognized with numerous awards.
