Here’s something interesting: Harbinger doesn’t do half-yearly or annual performance reviews! Yes, seriously. Our revolutionary app, ‘Polestar,’ ensures that dialog between the Manager and Direct happens frequently, facilitating continuous discussions on performance, goals, career path, learning and others. Isn’t this what other companies track once or twice a year? We do it in the flow of work, so we don’t need to review performance on a biannual or annual basis. Employee satisfaction scores for Polestar are in the high nineties!

Our Harbinger Healthy Mind and Body (H2MB) initiative has activities like fitness and health sessions, healthy eating, sleep analysis, professional counseling using the YourDost Platform, etc., keeping people physically and mentally fit.

We follow the hybrid way of working, where employees come to the office only a couple of days a week. We also have outstation employees who permanently work from home. Harbinger has a truly inclusive and diverse culture, with not just people from different states in India working with us but also specially-abled people. Moreover, around 42% of our employees are women (an industry-leading number!).
