A US based technology company had online HR ticketing system to handle over 1300 employee queries per day. The current process to handle this support function was manual and thus often resulted in delays, unsatisfactory resolution, increased anxiety, and eventually, escalations and stringent SLAs. This partial automation of the HR support system improved productivity with response time reduced from 3-5 minutes to 1.30 seconds. The HR reps’ time was freed up to focus on more strategic issues.
