Christian Dwyer is the Chief Product Officer at Careerminds, where he leads global product strategy, innovation, and growth across the company’s portfolio of B2C and B2B career-services brands. A veteran product executive, he has held senior leadership roles at DHI Group, HealthGrades, and MapQuest/AOL, as well as other high-scale digital platforms, consistently driving user-centric product development and market expansion. Christian holds a B.S. from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and an M.S. in Finance from the University of Colorado Denver.
Neville leads the Talent Management function at Harbinger. He has experience in digitization and automation of the Human Resources (HR) lifecycle, building excellent people experiences, creating world-class and scalable HR processes, designing new-age learning interventions, establishing leadership success, and organizing meaningful Corporate Social Responsibility programs. Neville has been instrumental in leading Harbinger to various HR awards, some of them being for ‘Excellence in Innovation’ in HR at the Asia Leadership awards, the ‘Safe Place Work’ by Rainmaker, and the ‘Best Employee Experience Design Award’ by Transformance Forums.
