Geoffrey is the son of a nurse, healthcare expert, diversity advocate, and education enthusiast. In his current role, he focuses on expanding access to high-quality, affordable healthcare education by building scalable, workforce-aligned programs that truly meet the needs of today’s learners and tomorrow’s healthcare system. He speaks often on healthcare workforce topics at global conferences. In 2022, Roche was nominated to the Forbes Business Council for its national-level work.
