Key Takeaways
Know how AI agents are moving from individual tools to active participants in software delivery.
Understand how human–agent teams can reshape squad structures, roles, and responsibilities, including emerging models such as forward deployed engineers.
Explore how humans and AI agents can work together to deliver production-ready software.
Identify the key bottlenecks preventing agentic delivery from scaling across the SDLC.
Consider what Product and Engineering leaders need to rethink around oversight, skills, governance, and accountability.
AI agents are entering software development fast. Scaling them into a fundamentally different way of delivering software is proving much harder.
While adoption is growing, most organizations are still early in orchestrating agents across functions and workflows, with many deployments concentrated in relatively low-risk use cases. At the same time, the emerging consensus is that the real value may come not from automation alone, but from designing better collaboration between humans and AI agents.
The shift is from augmenting individuals with AI tools to redesigning teams around human–agent collaboration, with the goal of delivering production-ready software, not just faster coding.
As product and engineering teams experiment with smaller squads, emerging models such as forward deployed engineers, and agent-supported workflows across the development lifecycle, a new question is emerging: what should the next-generation software delivery team actually look like?
Join us for a thought-provoking discussion designed for Product Heads, Engineering Leaders, CTOs, and software delivery executives exploring the shift from agile squads to human–agent squads. The session will be hosted by Shweta Kulkarni, Vice President, Harbinger Group, with Nikita Jain, Founder of Eubrics AI, joining as a panelist. Together, they will explore the move from agile squads to human–agent squads, and what leaders need to consider as they rethink how software gets built and delivered.

About Harbinger Group
Harbinger is a global Advisory-Led Performance Enablement company. For more than three decades, we’ve partnered with organizations in the people business, helping Enterprises, B2B SaaS vendors, and Digital Publishers close the gap between where workforce and learning performance is today and where it needs to be.
We work across Workforce Technology and Digital Learning domains. In each, we diagnose the friction limiting performance first, then engineer the fix, combining strategic advisory with digital product engineering and eLearning content development to deliver solutions built around the workflows, metrics, and outcomes each workforce owns.
Our pedigree in product engineering and digital learning has built a culture of continuous learning. We apply technologies like Agentic AI where they deliver measurable performance gains for our customers not because they’re new, but because they close the gap.
