Born in India, Swati Ketkar spent her early years in Mumbai surrounded by family and values that shaped her personality.
1991
Joined Harbinger as a Trainee Engineer after completing a Bachelor’s in Computer Science.
1992
Completed her M.Sc. in Computer Science from Pune University, graduating near the top of the class.
1994
Spent a year in Chicago on a Harbinger project at AT&T.
1996-98
Spearheaded sales of Harbinger products in India.
1999-2000
Split time between Pune and Santa Clara, leading Harbinger teams that helped tech startups build highly successful software products.
2000-03
Rose into key leadership responsibilities at Harbinger, becoming one of the organization’s most influential voices.
2003
Initiated Harbinger’s relationship with Microsoft in Redmond, WA.

Swati Ketkar passed away at the age of 56.
