Harbinger Group Recognized as a Best-in-Class WorkTech Vendor in the World for 2026 by Inspiring Workplaces
Earning global recognition, Harbinger Group’s people-first approach to workforce technology has been honored by The Inspiring Workplaces Group. The recognition reflects Harbinger’s focus on solving real workforce challenges and delivering measurable impact for the organizations it serves.
Redmond, WA – October 9, 2026 – Harbinger Group, a global Advisory-Led Performance Enablement company, has been recognized as one of the best-in-class WorkTech vendors in the world at the WorkTech’26 Awards by The Inspiring Workplaces Group. Harbinger’s entry showed how it diagnoses what limits workforce performance before building the solution. It offered two examples. One is a compensation-intelligence platform that helps public-sector agencies make fair, defensible pay decisions. The other is a recognition platform that moved a national employer award program from an annual to a monthly cycle.
The WorkTech’26 Awards honor technology companies that create better, more human experiences at work. Winners were assessed on their purpose, investment and innovation, measurable customer results, and their own commitment to a positive people experience. Judges looked for technology that solves real workplace challenges and delivers tangible impact for the people and organizations using it.
“Being recognized by Inspiring Workplaces is a proud moment for all of us at Harbinger,” said Shweta Kulkarni, Vice President & Head of AI, Harbinger Group. “Our work in skills intelligence, talent intelligence, and AI adoption has one goal: to help organizations get the best out of their people. We are grateful to the clients and partners who trust us to do that work with them.”
Matt Manners, Founder and CEO of The Inspiring Workplaces Group, commented on this year’s winners: “What impressed us about this year’s winners was their focus on solving real problems for real people. Whether they’re removing frustrating admin, helping people develop, connecting distributed teams or giving leaders better information to make better decisions, these technologies are making a tangible difference to how people experience work.”
The Inspiring Workplaces Group announced the WorkTech’26 Award winners on October 8, 2026. The complete list of winners can be found here.
About Harbinger Group
Harbinger is a global Advisory-Led Performance Enablement company. For more than three decades, we’ve partnered with organizations in the people business, helping Enterprises, B2B SaaS vendors, and Digital Publishers close the gap between where workforce and learning performance is today and where it needs to be.
We work across Workforce Technology and Digital Learning domains. In each, we diagnose the friction limiting performance first, then engineer the fix, combining strategic advisory with digital product engineering and eLearning content development to deliver solutions built around the workflows, metrics, and outcomes each workforce owns.
Our pedigree in product engineering and digital learning has built a culture of continuous learning. We apply technologies like Agentic AI where they deliver measurable performance gains for our customers, not because they’re new, but because they close the gap.
