Creating A Safe Workplace
Harbinger has consistently aimed to establish a secure work environment for all its employees.
The company has zero tolerance for sexual harassment. However, to handle any such possible case, Harbinger has implemented the POSH policy (Prevention of Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace Act, 2013). The guidelines stated in this policy are to assist female employees in raising individual complaints and to have effective management, redressal, and resolution of the complaint. While the policy covers the Indian legal system, it applies to all employees, consultants, third-party contractors, and company vendors at Harbinger.
