Vikas Joshi is passionate
about making our lives more effective through
interactivity. His vision has inspired a global
market for interactivity software. As founder,
Chairman and Managing Director at the Harbinger
Group, he leads an international organization
building cutting-edge technology products and
services.
Thousands of trainers, educators,
presenters, web designers and other dialog
creators worldwide rely on Harbinger's
award-winning products for engaging users more
effectively.
Vikas Joshi's leadership at
Harbinger has resulted in groundbreaking product |
innovations. One of his patent-pending
inventions led to Raptivity, the world's first rapid interactivity builder, which makes
e-learning, presentations and websites engaging and fun. Other products include YawnBuster,
aimed at enhancing audience involvement;
TeemingPod, a social interaction platform;
Elicitus Content Publisher and Offline Content
Player.
Recognized as a thought leader in interactivity, Vikas has spearheaded Harbinger’s leadership in that space. Harbinger has also emerged as a provider of software product development services to several technology companies including Microsoft.
After IIT Bombay, where he completed his B.Tech., Vikas got his MS from Syracuse University, Syracuse, NY on a Graduate Fellowship, working on artificial intelligence. Vikas enjoys creative reflection on work and life through his writings and speeches. Through these he discusses the state-of-the-art of interactivity, interactive learning and innovative entrepreneurship. He lives in Pune, India and hangs out in the Silicon Valley a few months every year. |

| Swati Ketkar (Executive Director, Harbinger
Systems) |

As Executive Director, Swati
spearheads the rapid growth of Harbinger
Systems, a global provider of software services.
Since 1990, she has held various positions in
the organization, involving engineering, project
management, business development and leadership
roles.
Swati's leadership in sales
and account management has helped Harbinger
Systems establish a sound customer base
worldwide. To support the rapid growth, Swati
led the expansion of Harbinger Systems' Redmond
(WA) US headquarters and established its Santa
Clara (CA) satellite office.

Swati
believes in going that extra mile to give value
to customers and delivering beyond their
expectations.This mantra, which has helped
Harbinger Systems build marquee customers such
as Microsoft and Cisco, has also helped build
enduring relationships with several smaller
companies and technology startups.
In her successful
professional journey, Swati has given a special
emphasis to cadre building. She has been
passionate about building highly motivated and
effective teams, to carry the baton to a winning
finish. She has achieved this by creating an
environment that is nurturing and supportive to
taking challenges for high level of performance
benchmark.
The Institution of Engineers
(India) honored Swati in the year 2003 with the
Woman Entrepreneur award, commemorating
Leelawati Mehendale.
Swati holds a Masters degree
in Computer Science from the Department of
Computer Science, Pune University, India. At
present, Swati is pursuing her Executive MBA
from University of Michigan Ross School of
Business.

| Jayant Kulkarni (Executive Director, Harbinger
Knowledge Products) |

Jayant leads the award-winning Content
Services business at Harbinger Knowledge
Products. Under his leadership, the company has
won recognition for its world-class e-Learning
content development capabilities. He has also
promoted the innovative Custom Interactivity
Building Solution (CIBS), which leverages
Harbinger's market-leading products.
Jayant has been instrumental in establishing
successful business relationships for Harbinger
in India, North America, Europe, UK and East
Asia. He has represented Harbinger in
international conferences and exhibitions on
e-Learning and Training.

At Harbinger
Group, Jayant nurtures a special interest in
organization development, with a focus on sales
team effectiveness. Jayant has a Bachelor of
Engineering (Mechanical) from University of
Pune, and has over 24 years of professional
experience in the diverse fields of interactive
content development, e-learning software,
CAD/CAM software and Manufacturing software. He
has traveled extensively to US, UK, Middle East
and Singapore during his various work
assignments. Earlier in his career, he worked at
Caterpillar USA, in Manufacturing Engineering
Applications.
Jayant is fond of music. He
is also involved in many social and cultural
activities.

| Seema Chaudhary (President, Harbinger
Knowledge Products,Inc) |

Seema joined Harbinger Group in 2002 to leverage her knowledge and diverse experience in marketing, sales and business development for international markets, after 13 years of professional career in US.
During her years with Harbinger, Seema helped establish the company's US headquarters in Redmond; created innovative and effective marketing campaigns to launch several products in the international market; and developed crucial long-lasting relationships with prominent and influential experts in the eLearning industry.
Seema has built a world class multi-shore marketing and sales team that has

generated significant revenue growth every quarter. In addition, she has developed and maintained an excellent global network of partners that has propelled Harbinger's flagship products towards market leadership.
Seema has a Masters in Landscape Architecture from State University of New York (Syracuse) and a Bachelors in Architecture from University of Bombay, India. She is a Member of the eLearning Guild and American Society of Training and Development.
Seema serves on City of Redmond Arts Commission and pursues her passion for art thru various channels in the business and the community. She lives in Redmond, Washington with her husband and two sons.
