REDMOND, Wash. – December 2, 2010
Harbinger Knowledge Products, a global leader in interactive eLearning, presentation and website software, announced today that it has been named to Deloitte’s Technology 2010 Fast 500 Asia Pacific list, a prestigious ranking of the 500 fastest growing technology companies in the Asia Pacific region.
Harbinger made the list with revenue growth of 71 percent over the past three years. This is the third straight year that the company has made Deloitte’s Fast 500 Asia Pacific list.
“Achieving sustained revenue growth of more than 70 percent over three years is a tremendous achievement,” said Yoshitaka Asaeda, partner in charge of Deloitte’s Technology Fast 500 Asia Pacific program. “Harbinger Knowledge Products’ phenomenal growth puts it in select company.”
“As we celebrate the third consecutive year of award-winning growth, we fully recognize that we owe our growth to our customers who value our innovative products,” said Vikas Joshi, chairman and managing director of the Harbinger Group. “This award is a testament to just how much our interactive eLearning products are changing the industry.”
Harbinger Knowledge Products’ leading software product, Raptivity, enables instructors to easily create highly interactive eLearning content, including games, simulations, 3D objects, videos and even “virtual worlds” that bring traditional subjects like history, science and mathematics to life.
“As the world becomes more visual and interactive, our teaching methods need to be as well,” said Seema Chaudhary, president of Harbinger Knowledge Products. “Harbinger’s products bring that interactivity to the education process, and do it in a way that’s simple for teachers to use so that they can focus on what they do best – teaching.”
In addition to Raptivity, Harbinger develops and markets other cutting-edge interactive products to support learning, presentation and web development applications, including YawnBuster, Raptivity Presenter, SiteJazzer, Elicitus and TeemingPod.
