Technology & Learning magazine announced today the winners of Awards of Excellence in its prestigious 25-year-old recognition program. Raptivity, the leading rapid interactivity builder for e-learning, won the award as one of the best education offerings of the past year.
Technology & Learning magazine honored the innovative applications that break new ground in some important way and also best-of-breed examples that demonstrate clear superiority over similar products in the market. This year's winners were chosen by more than 30 educator-judges who test-drove over 120 entries, logging in many hours in computer labs at San Francisco Bay Area schools.
"This year's winning products reflect an impressive effort by publishers to respond to the real needs of schools." said Susan McLester, editor in chief of Technology & Learning. "The offerings being honored are practical, innovative and central to a variety of district and site operations."
“Harbinger Group is delighted to be the recipient of this prestigious award in the silver jubilee year of this recognition program of Technology & Learning magazine,” said Vikas Joshi, Chairman and Managing Director of Harbinger Group. “Raptivity’s recognition as Outstanding Education Technology Product is very valuable to us. We trust this recognition will encourage eLearning practitioners to adopt Raptivity for designing simulations, games and other interactive learning content.” |
